there is no phone number required. It may ask for your zipcode, but this is only to make sure the correct coupons are being shown to you.

Hmm..I am confused, it said my selected coupon printed-but they didn’t. Any ideas why?
Thanks

Hey Eva, sorry you have been having problems. Try these suggestions:
1. Try restarting your printer and your browser.
2. Make sure your Java version is current.
3. When you print your coupons usually a pop-up will come up asking for permission for the plug-in to run. You must grant this plugin permission or the coupons won’t print.
Let me know if you continue to have problems.

Mine didn’t either and I installed the current version of Java….

Did you install the plugin when it asked you to authorize. Java plugins will ask you to give them authorization every time unless you tell them specifically to grant access always. Let me know if you continue to have problems.

Mine won’t print either. It keeps saying that the browser does not support it. It gives a alist of what will but I don’t understand it. I can’t just click on one or download one!!

What browser are you using? I just tried printing from my computer and it worked fine. I did have to click on the link that said “inactive plugin” and then it asked me to restart the browser. I was using google chrome on the Mac. Here is a quick video I recorded showing the process.

My coupons will not print. It keeps on saying, “preparing to print.”
